Centrifugal casting of rotation bodies of ferrous and non-ferrous metals: pipes, piston ring blanks, blanks for internal-combustion engine sleeves with weight from 5 up to 1000 kg.

Shaped castings with weight from 1 up tî 450 kg. Sand casting of cast iron and non-ferrous metals (aluminum, yellow metal, bronze) by method of machine and hand molding.

Lost foam casting.

Die casting.

Features

Metal casting is performed in induction furnaces providing an active mixing of metal and high homogeneity of the melt (the quality of metal smelting in induction furnaces is much higher than the melting in electric arc furnaces). Induction furnaces produce more pure metal and are very convenient because they do not require electrodes, thus preventing the danger of carburization of the metal and simplifying furnace control. In addition, under the influence of the magnetic flux (magnetic lines of force) increases the circulation of the metal, that is very important to speed up chemical reactions and to obtain a homogeneous metal; * possibility of zonal mixing (power focusing) in a furnace;

* induction furnaces are used to melt and to obtain steel, cast iron castings of high quality, as well as for the casting of ferro-alloys, alloy and stainless steel alloys. Perhaps the use of furnaces for melting non-ferrous metals (bronze, brass, aluminum, copper) in graphite crucible.

Our equipment includes following furnaces:

1. Induction melting furnace UIPD-1200-0,25-1,0x2, capacity 2x1000 kg, operating frequency 0.25 kHz.

2. Electric melting crucible furnace EAST 0,5, capacity 0,5 tons is intended for induction melting and heating of steel, cast iron, nonferrous and precious metals by the average frequency currents.

3. Electric melting crucible furnace EAST-0, 33, a capacity 35 tons designed for induction melting and heating of steel, cast iron, nonferrous and precious metals by the average frequency currents.
