Blanking and forging

• Flat products cutting, pattern cutting, restriking, forming (H=10 mm, L=2000 mm);

• Thermal cutting of flat products: metal cutting is performed by devices type ASSh (cut metal gauge up to 100 mm), air plasma cutting device (metal gauge for stainless and bulk steel 20-50 mm);

• Cold and hot blanking;

• Oblique rolling of the fined monometallic and bimetalic pipes (rolling D 20-50 mm);

• Press forging (мах 630 t, working area 1500*1800Х1000 mm), hummer forging (мах 400 t, working area 775*875Х450 mm).
